Caerleon – 13–15 Ginahgulla Road – Bellevue Hill – NSW (stub)

Caerleon – 13–15 Ginahgulla Road Bellevue Hill – NSW

Corrected stub: the address is 13–15 Ginahgulla Road, at the south-east corner of Kambala Road — not “81 Kambala Road”. Bellevue Hill is spelled Bellevue.

This 2021 entry is retained as a corrected stub pointing to the full 2023 post.

Key facts: Caerleon is a Queen Anne mansion built 1885–87 for Charles Burton Fairfax. Harry Kent prepared the original Sydney plans; Maurice Bingham Adams extensively redesigned them in London; Kent supervised construction. It is listed on the Register of the National Estate as Place ID 2475 and remains a private residence.
